• 2. On the Shopping Cart page, enter the quantity you want and click Update Cart to update the subtotal. Click Continue Shopping to shop for additional products or Checkout to begin the checkout process.


• 3. Check and confirm your address, write your comments if you have instructions to give. Choose the shipping method and click Continue.

3.Can you drop ship orders directly to my customers? How?

Yes, we can. In fact, this is a great way for you to have a far bigger selection of merchandise than you can possibly carry inventory for. Take orders from your customers and have the goods shipped directly from Gogamestuff as if they came from you! You may even put our product images and descriptions on your own website so your customers can see what you have.

When you checkout from Gogamestuff , click the checkbox that states Check this box to make this a drop shipment order. The checkbox is just below the Shopping Cart. A form will appear allowing you to enter your customer's delivery information. We will do our best to comply with your shipment and packaging instructions. In order to ship to multiple customers, or to a customer and yourself, you will need to create a separate order for each destination.

4.How do I cancel my order?

You may change an order online up until you click Confirm Order during checkout. Once you confirm, we will not process the order until we receive payment. So if you'd like to cancel the order, just don't send us payment and we won't process the order.

If you have already completed payment, please email us as soon as possible. We will try to make necessary arrangement with you.

5.What does my order status mean?

An order can have three possible statuses:

• Incomplete - This means we have not received the information about your payment.


• Processing - This usually means we are preparing and packing your order.


• Shipped - This means your order has shipped.


• Cancelled - This means your order has been cancelled.

6.Which payment methods do you accept?

Gogamestuff.com only accepts PayPal account.

7.How do I pay via PayPal?

During checkout in Gogamestuff , choose PayPal as the payment option. Once you click Confirm Order, you will be transferred to PayPal to enter the details of your payment. For your security, your account number and other financial information will remain securely with PayPal and not be communicated to us.

8.How do I track my order?

Simply click on Track Order at the top of the site, enter your email and the track ID we send you, then click the button of the submit, you will got your ship information.

For orders shipped via UPS Express, visit the UPS Tracking Information page.

Note that tracking information is not available for orders shipped via Subsidized Air Transport.

9.Do I have to pay import taxes and customs duties?

Products are shipped out of Hong Kong so your country considers them import goods and it may charge you import duties depending on the type of products and their value.

Gogamestuff charges you only the cost of the products you order and their shipping. As local laws, systems, codes and practices vary widely among countries, we are unable to collect any taxes or duties that your local authorities may impose upon you. This is the buyer's responsibility.

If you are familiar with your local regulations, however, we will be glad to follow your instructions concerning labeling, packaging, and invoicing, to aid customs processing and appropriate tax assessments of your packages. Just leave these instructions in the comment box on your order so that our staff can follow them.

Overall Tips & Warnings
